International hockey player holds masterclass at Windermere School

06 October 2014

The ex-Ireland (having switched Nationalities to England/GB) International and Beeston Hockey Club player will be holding two Masterclasses on Saturday 30 August for students in Years 7 – 13.

The morning session (10.00 – 12.30pm) will be held for Junior students in Years 7 to 9 and the afternoon (1.30 – 4.00pm) for the Seniors (Years 10-13). Last year, the event was a huge success with both the students and David commenting on how much they enjoyed the coaching sessions.

This opportunity is also open to keen hockey players (in Years 7-13) outside of Windermere School, at a charge of £10. If you would like more information or would like to register, please email Dan Reid (Head of PE and Sport) dreid@windermereschool.co.uk

Let’s hope this year’s masterclass will be as successful and David can inspire our students to aim high and look towards County, Regional, National and perhaps even International success!
