Our huge congratulations must go to the Pyne family this week. Earlier in the term we reported that Milly (Year 8) and her sister, Alice, had been nominated for awards at the Inspiration Awards for Women 2011. Milly was nominated for Inspirational Fundraiser and Alice, Most Inspirational Woman.

On Sunday 13 March, our Year 13 team won the Regional Final of the Rotary International “Youth Speaks” senior competition in Northwich, Cheshire. Poppy Bullard, Pippa Smith and Richard Flint beat seven other schools from as far apart as Carlisle and Welshpool, to reach the national finals of the competition.
