Windermere Vocational Diploma
The Windermere Vocational Diploma has been developed from our experience as a pilot for the IBCC (International Baccalaureate Careers Certificate). The result is a fusion of the best parts of IBCC and IB Diploma which unites the Sixth Form community through shared activities and provides our students with widely respected vocational qualifications supported by related academic subjects and the highly valued IB Core.
Students will study two BTEC subjects supported by two related IB subjects at Standard Level and the IB Core with Extended Essay, Theory of Knowledge and CAS (Creativity, Action and Service). The philosophy of the IB Learner Profile is relevant to all students at Windermere School.
