Year 8 were understandably disappointed to miss out on their trip to Maison Claire Fontaine in Burgundy which should have taken place at the beginning of May.
This week they got a little taste of what it is like there because the centre have created a virtual trip for school groups where they have to complete 5 missions in order to find a code. Here’s what Bobby thought of it:
“The online French trip experience was fun and gave us a chance to see what we would’ve done if our trip wasn’t cancelled. It also introduced us to the people we would’ve met at the center and let us virtually do the activities we missed out on.”
'I think we've got the best deal in the whole country'
'When I take my granddaughter to Elleray, it feels like the school wraps its arms around her.' - Windermere School Grandparent
'The first time my daughter and I visited the school she said to me “that is a happy school no question”'
Windermere School is such a unique community to be a part of. Not only is it based in a truly beautiful and inspiring national park, but the environment created by staff and students alike makes for an incredibly supportive, proactive, exciting and international place of learning in which everyone can thrive and be the best they can be.
