Windermere School offers three return bus services:

School Mini buses and drivers are used to provide this service with support from Travellers Choice coaches and local taxi service if required. All drivers are DBS checked and hold appropriate licences. All of our buses are fitted with GPS trackers, in the event of foreseen road closures we will inform you in advance of proposed alternations to the route. If there are unforeseen delays please wait 5 minutes before contacting School reception 015394 46164 who will check the buses progress via their GPS tracker.
Please arrive punctually at your collection point. If the bus arrives early you can board but we will not depart until the advertised departure time. Each place on a school bus is charged per full term (i.e. “season ticket”) and assumes that the service is used each day the school is open to pupils. Less than a full term’s commitment to a service will make it unviable and empty places could otherwise be offered to other students. Termly bus charges are not subject to refund for occasional non-attendance and when withdrawing a child from a bus service this must be done in writing a minimum of one calendar month before the end of term.
All parents who wish their children to use these bus services must complete this form for each individual child and email it to Transport@windermereschool.co.uk or mail it to Senior School Reception to reserve a place.
Once a place has been allocated, thereafter it will be charged to parents at the start of each term, via fee invoices.
