COVID-19
Our beautiful, school sites all benefit from open spaces allowing the pupils to move freely around the site without the need for masks, which are now discretionary unless using a school vehicle. In line with Government guidelines, following the vaccine roll-out, and with the routine of Lateral Flow testing, we are now well placed to see our school day return to near normal.
Our COVID-19 Guide and Risk Assessment provide more detail on what to expect during a school day at Windermere School, the way we are supporting and caring for our community, and the contingency plans that we have in place should they be required.
If you would like further clarification please contact our COVID Leads:

Safe Schools UK
Windermere School is proud to be a part of the Safe Schools UK initiative and commits to implementing the BSA Covid-Safe Charter. Whilst it is impossible to eliminate risk entirely, it is possible for schools to put in procedures and policies that may help reduce the risk of transmission.
