Each morning, under the expert guidance of our specialist Adventure staff, children will embark on an exciting journey filled with activities such as abseiling, ghyll scrambling, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, and mountain adventure days. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the Lake District National Park, this programme is designed to challenge students, boost their confidence, build self-esteem, and develop new skills—all while having an unforgettable time!

Open to all, the course makes full use of the knowledge and expertise of Windermere School’s Adventure team, who have an in-depth understanding of the National Park. Children will push their limits, create lasting memories, and forge new friendships. With a strong focus on personal development, leadership, and outdoor skill-building, the week promises to be action-packed and full of adventure.

In the afternoons, students will take part in a variety of multi-activities, including music, drama, and sports, ensuring a well-rounded and dynamic experience.

This course is suitable for ages 8–12.

The cost of this course is £400 for the week, from 8.30am to 5pm,  including lunch each day, and is suitable for students aged 8 – 12 years.
