Elleray Campus’ Early Years team at Windermere School is committed to providing quality learning experiences for children aged 3 to 5 years.
The Early Years day starts at 8.30am and provides a full day for children through until 3.30pm, with the option of staying for the late afternoon session until 5.30pm with a light snack included.
The Elleray Campus benefits from three large rooms at our disposal, with the Early Years staff able to offer a wide programme of activities that takes into account each individual child’s developmental needs and allows them to make progress related to their differing abilities.
These early days of a child’s education are so important; they are eager to learn and each day is filled with new discoveries. Being in the warm, welcoming, safe and engaging environment of the Elleray Campus helps ensure their learning journey is a happy and contented experience.
The Elleray Campus at Windermere School welcome children up to Year 1 that are eligible for Funded Hours, for up to 15 hours per week. Please Contact Us in the first instance to find out more or to arrange a visit to the Elleray Campus.
The first time my daughter and I visited the school she said to me “that is a happy school no question.” The scholastic achievements of the school are evident and an easy measure for a school to demonstrate. What is hard to quantify is the holistic development of a pupil at which, in my experience, Windermere School excels.
Windermere School is such a unique community to be a part of. Not only is it based in a truly beautiful and inspiring national park, but the environment created by staff and students alike makes for an incredibly supportive, proactive, exciting and international place of learning in which everyone can thrive and be the best they can be.
