We are pleased to announce a vacancy for a Director of Sailing to work as part of our Outdoor Education team at Windermere School. This key role involves managing and delivering our sailing programme, fostering a passion for sailing among pupils, and maintaining high standards of safety and instruction. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in sailing, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to outdoor education.

£32,148.83 pro rata, 0.6-0.8 FTE. There is further opportunity to work towards QTS and to increase paid hours, as an instructor for our International Summer School.
