I am currently Windermere HC Men’s 1 Captain alongside captain of the Cumbria Country team. I have been playing hockey for over 25 years, and coaching hockey from the age of 13. I love playing this fast and skilful game and always strive to share this passion with children of all ages and abilities.

Erica Ferreira - Head Tennis Coach

My name is Erica Ferreira and I have been playing tennis from a very young age. As well as being a teacher at Windermere School, I am an LTA accredited coach and licenced referee with a strong passion for introducing children to the game of tennis. As captain of Cumbria Women O40s and Kendal Ladies’ Club Captain, I have seen the benefits of how tennis can develop sportsmanship, resilience and social skills as well as the obvious physical skills. My wish is that players will develop an understanding and love of the game that will give them confidence to always participate and enjoy the sport, no matter what their age.

Zoe Alcock - Hockey Coach

My name is Zoe Alcock, I work alongside Will teaching Physical Education on a daily basis here at Windermere School. I am thrilled to be Joining Will as an assistant coach at Windermere hockey camp. My coaching background spans a range of team sports, and I also play volleyball at a competitive level. I want to emphasize that you don’t have to be a lifelong hockey player to participate in the sport. My goal is to create an inclusive environment where everyone can learn, improve and enjoy the game, regardless of their prior experience. I’m looking forward to a great camp!
