Join the Windermere School Equestrian Team

We are pleased to announce we now have a Windermere School Equestrian Team and are now members of the National Schools Equestrian Association. Our founding member Zara in Year 7 recently won a dressage event on Mr Twist against Sedbergh. Zara will now represent Cumbria at Hickstead in May. She has also qualified to compete in the National schools final in October.
There are lots of families in school who have horses, ride or are passionate about equines. As well as students that will be involved in the team, our aim is to arrange trips to take students who don’t have horses out riding and introduce them to horsemanship at a local stable.
