Our boarders jumped straight in this weekend with an afternoon spent at our private watersports center on Windermere. Some chose the paddle board, some to canoe, while others swam or enjoyed the sunshine with a good book in hand. All enjoyed the BBQ!

Hodge Howe acts as an extended part of the school grounds and we treat it very much like a garden for our boarders. Getting out on the water creates and solidifies friendships in a magical way; we love to see our Sixth Form helping out our youngest boarder in Year 5, or our Year 7s waging pirate warfare on the Year 10s.

We can’t imagine a better, or more fun way to start the term.
