As part of their induction into Sixth Form, our new Year 12 have started their IB Challenge this morning! Challenges have been set by multiple departments, including Mathematics, Art, Music, Science, Food Tech and Adventure!

From re-wiring a plug and grid references, to creating a symphony and an apple swan (of course!) it was certainly a challenging and exciting morning for our teams who were competing for resources to use within the boat building challenge that awaited them at our watersports centre in the afternoon.

Ultimately, Year 12 might not walk away from their boat building challenge with much knowledge of how to build a boat, however, they now know many ways not to!

We are so excited to watch this wonderful group of young people continue to learn and grow together as a team through this coming year.
