I am delighted to share with you some exciting news regarding the next chapter in the journey of Windermere School.

After careful planning and consultation, I am pleased to confirm to you that our Junior School will be relocating to the Browhead estate for the start of the 2025 Summer term. There will be a launch event on Friday 16 April (TBC), to which our Stannite community is invited, with more details to follow.

There is so much to look forward to as we take this step together. Our Junior School team is excited about the many possibilities this change brings, and we are confident that the children will thrive in their new environment. The enhanced spaces, specifically designed for the needs of young children, will allow for more integrated learning, additional access to facilities, and more shared spaces with even greater collaboration across all school year groups.

We understand that the change will bring many questions, and we are committed to making this transition as smooth and positive as possible for our children, while maintaining the vibrant and friendly atmosphere for which our school is so highly regarded.
