Year 6 Lead the Way, Year 3 Dive In

We are only a few days into the new term, and our pupils have already embraced a wonderful sense of adventure.

Year 6 Leadership Day
Our Year 6 pupils took part in their Leadership Day this week, a chance to challenge themselves, work as a team and step into their new roles as leaders of the school. Activities included code breaking, building canoe rafts, and even navigating self-guided walks. Mrs Roberts and Mr Baines were incredibly impressed with the way the children approached each task with determination, creativity and collaboration.

Year 3’s First Adventure Lesson
Meanwhile, Year 3 began their Adventure journey at Windermere with their very first lesson in kayaking. For many, this was their first time in a kayak — and they were absolutely fantastic. With courage, enthusiasm and big smiles, they paddled their way through this new challenge, setting the tone for an exciting year ahead.

From leadership challenges to outdoor exploration, it has been an inspiring start to term. We can’t wait to see where this journey of Adventure takes our pupils next!
