Alumni Concert Celebrates Over 40 Years of Dedication

On Saturday 21 June, Windermere School was proud to host a very special Alumni Concert in honour of Mrs McCallum, who retires this summer after more than 40 remarkable years of service to our school.

Held in front of a packed audience of over 200 guests, the evening was a heartfelt celebration of a teacher who has touched the lives of generations. Former and current pupils came together in a programme of beautiful musical performances, each piece a reflection of the passion, guidance, and inspiration that Mrs McCallum has brought to the school community.

The concert was not only a showcase of talent but also a moment of gratitude and reflection. The sense of admiration and affection in the room was palpable, as alumni shared fond memories and gave thanks for the impact Mrs McCallum has made throughout her career.

It was, in every sense, a fitting and memorable farewell — filled with music, emotion, and deep appreciation. We thank Mrs McCallum for her exceptional dedication, and wish her all the very best in her well-earned retirement.
