Junior School – Magical Summer Concert
24 June 2024
On Friday 21 June, our Junior School hosted its eagerly anticipated annual Summer Concert, and it was a truly magical event. The concert took place on the terrace, with the sun shining brightly and proud parents in attendance, eagerly watching their children perform. The event was beautifully organised by Mrs Burtt-Jones, who ensured that every detail was perfect.
A highlight of the day was an unexpected yet thrilling flyover by the Red Arrows, adding a breath-taking moment to our celebration as they soared over the lake.
The musical performances were nothing short of spectacular. Our talented Elleray Choir set a high standard with their harmonious melodies, several brave pupils then took to the stage for solo acts that showcased their individual skills and courage. These performances not only entertained but also highlighted the extraordinary talent within our school.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mrs Burtt-Jones for her impeccable organisation and to all the performers who made the concert such a memorable experience. A special thank you also goes to our supportive parents and enthusiastic staff who contributed to the day’s success.
The Junior School Summer Concert is a wonderful testament to the vibrant community spirit at our school, celebrating not only musical talent but also the joy of coming together as a school family.
