This morning, we gathered as a school to celebrate the incredible charity work of our Year 3 and 4 pupils. Earlier this term, they poured their creativity and teamwork into making a heart-warming music video all about friendship. But they didn’t stop there! They used their video as a platform to raise funds for St John’s Hospice, an organisation dedicated to providing compassionate care for those in need.

During today’s assembly, we had the privilege of watching their wonderful video together before welcoming a representative from St John’s Hospice. They shared insights into the vital work the hospice does in our community, highlighting the impact of the support they receive. Then came the big moment—our Year 3 and 4 pupils were proudly presented a giant cheque for an amazing £492 raised for the charity!

We couldn’t be prouder of their hard work, creativity and generosity. A huge well done to everyone involved!
