Year 6 are making a brilliant start to Leadership Day on Lake Windermere this morning.

Leadership is one of the Round Square Pillars upon which the ethos of Windermere School is built. Through promoting a Spirit of Leadership we aim to empower students to actively engage in developing strategy, solving problems and leading teams, ultimately understanding their potential to be current and future leaders.

At Windermere School, students are offered opportunities to explore these concepts and develop and rehearse a range of leadership skills in a supportive environment both inside and beyond the classroom.
