It’s that time of year again – training for the Round Square Adventure Race has begun!

Each year, six pupils compete in a very challenging race against several other Round Square schools across various disciplines, from climbing and fell running to open water swimming and night orienteering.

With the event set to take place in North Wales this year, eight keen pupils and only six places, it is all to play for already. Last week the team took advantage of the short days and went out for a session of night orienteering practice. Several lessons were learned, but the team did very well.
