LOWES band members Evie Plumb (a Windermere School ex-Head Student) Jamie Walker and Luke Paget have been play-listed on Radio 1, regularly worked with the best producers in the game, and collaborated with high-profile artists such as Sigma.

This practical-based masterclass will include workshops and Q&As on:

• Finding your way in the music industry
• Understanding publishing, and royalties
• Writing from scratch for self and for ‘pitch
• Tuition in recording a simple demo (vocals and guitar/keys).
• Growing your act
• Making a career in music
• Writing toplines for collaboration
• Writing production
• Writing as a band/group

Participants will also receive an hour’s 1-to-1 tuition in either vocal, guitar, or production and recording and be assisted in writing and recording at least one finished demo by the end of the week; mixed & mastered, and ready to take home.

Please note, a packed lunch must be provided for each day of the course.

The cost of this course is £200, and runs from 9AM to 4PM, October 25 to October 29,  and is suitable for students aged 11-18 years.  Please download our Joining Instructions here.
