Celebrating Pride Month 2023

Windermere School has begun its celebrations for Pride month, celebrated annually in June.
Staff and pupils took part in a rainbow photo booth and enjoyed a rainbow themed lunch , in addition to reflections on the origins and history of Pride, how to be an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and why representation matters.
Members of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion committee have been invaluable in offering their time and energy to help plan our celebration and we wish you all a very happy Pride month!
