Year 3 – Keeping Windermere in Bloom

Yesterday we were thrilled to join forces with Bowness and Windermere Community Care Trust and Northern Rail to beautify the plant boxes outside Windermere Station.
For the third consecutive year, Windermere School had the honour of participating, with Year 3 pupils lending their green thumbs to the cause.
Huge thanks to Lakeland Gardens for their invaluable expertise, and a special shout out to Ellie for being an amazing mentor to our budding gardeners. Fortunately the sun stayed out all afternoon!
Windermere School is an Independent Boarding and Day School for ages 3-18, across Junior School, Senior School and Sixth Form.
