Year 5 – Outdoor Science Experience

Year 5 spent the morning at the Senior School today with Mrs Holmes, where they experienced a Science lesson in the Outdoor Classroom.
They have been studying properties of materials and had the opportunity to see first hand the differences between chemical and physical changes.
Cooking cakes on the fire pit, melting chocolate to make Rice Crispy cakes and flying rockets were just a few of their highlights! They cannot wait until Year 7 now!
