Year 7 Transition Day – A Warm Welcome

Yesterday, we were delighted to welcome the majority of our incoming Year 7 pupils for their Transition Day – a fantastic opportunity for them to experience life at our Senior School ahead of joining us in September.

From the moment they arrived, our future Year 7’s embraced the day with enthusiasm and curiosity. They launched into Science lessons where they built and tested rockets, explored creativity in Food & Nutrition by baking delicious treats, and even had the chance to learn in our beautiful outdoor classroom environment. Their culinary creations later became the highlight of a lovely afternoon tea, shared with proud families who joined us to celebrate the day.

Most importantly, the pupils spent valuable time getting to know their peers and meeting their new tutors. It was heartening to see new friendships forming and the beginnings of what we know will be a supportive and vibrant year group.

We are incredibly proud of how confidently and positively our future Year 7’s stepped into Senior School life. Their energy and excitement were truly infectious, and we hope they are looking forward to September as much as we are!
