A Spooktacular Halloween at Windermere School!
5 November 2025
Yesterday, Windermere School was transformed into a hive of Halloween fun and creativity! Pupils and teachers alike went all out with their costumes, from spooky skeletons to clever character outfits, making it a truly fantastic day for everyone.
The celebrations were held in aid of Cancer Research UK, and our community came together in wonderful style. There was an incredible bake sale full of delicious homemade treats, and plenty of laughter during games such as Guess the Name of the Teddy.
The day was perfectly rounded off by the Halloween Disco for Lower School (Years 7, 8 and 9), brilliantly organised by the Friends of Windermere School. The disco was a huge success, complete with dazzling lights, tasty snacks, a swirling smoke machine and non-stop dancing! A special thank you to our drumming teacher, Mr Sharky, who took on the role of DJ and kept the dance floor buzzing all evening.
It was a fantastic day from start to finish, full of fun, laughter and community spirit, all for a great cause.
